I know this probably seems silly, but I have no idea how to download this file to play it. Can you help me out please

Yeah, no problem. To download it, just click the red button above and and save it from the dialog box that appears. Once you have it saved you must copy the scn file in the zipped folder to your My Documents\Tilted Mill\Children of the Nile\Scenarios folder. When you start CotN again, it should be listed with the others.
