Pharaoh, you have been instructed to house the refugees. Your goals are to have full employment and to build The Santorin Memorial dedicated to the earthquake victims.

A very poor design in my opinion.....Especially the river and the riverbanks was gaving me the feeling that you were bored to death when you made it...
